This was a turn-key project resulting in a 2 storey office building for Celestica. MJP was responsible for every phase of the investment process; concept, engineering and design, authorization, construction and furniture set up.
The investment consists of an extension to the existing manufacturing facility on the site. Management offices and open space offices for production are located at the ground floor. The second floor will serve as headquarters for the company’s new organization: Global Business Services.
