General Urban Development Plan – Moldova Noua
MJProject developed the General Urbanistic Plan (PUG) for Moldova Nouă. The city is located on the Danube River, in the south western part of Romania. The urbanistic project is part of the landscaping and development program of the city. The PUG forms the legal framework for programs and actions on the development of the area.
We developed local zoning regulation for the whole territory of the unit. It included the incorporated area and the surrounding built-up area. Our plan covers the evolution with the perspective of development, functional divisions in the territory and traffic corridor routes.
