The investment covers the construction of a retail mall complex. MJP provided a financial and technical report on every outstanding issue and on the progress of the project as of the report date. Another one of our roles was checking the present status of the project documentation. Throughout the process, we verified the current status of the works and the quality of the execution for completed works.
Besides, we recalculated the bill of quantities and checked the budget for the completion of the project. Our company also performed a desk study based on available construction documents (design, permitting, and quality documentation for executed works). The study contributed to carrying out the scope of the works. Moreover, we inspected the premise to establish the current status and identify any non- compliant element of the works.
