Zonal Urban Development Plan
MJProject developed the Zonal Urbanistic Plan for a complex of mixed use buildings. The project includes offices, residential, accommodation and events planning functions. By this study we aim to regulate the area to be studied. The purpose is to maintain, expand and diversify the character of the area. The documentation is detailing the urbanism rules of for the functions listed in the General Urban Plan. It is setting out in detail the performance of housing and urban development in a sustainable and competitive way.
